The present invention relates to a river purification apparatus. According to the present invention, the structure of a transport pipe connecting a detention pond, a filtering tank, a vertical filtration-type artificial marsh, a horizontal filtration-type artificial marsh, and a final treatment water tank is improved for easy installation and disassembly and the structure of the transport pipe is improved for easy installation at any installation site. The present invention includes a flexible pipe (303) that is formed of a bendable and flexible material and has a communicating inner center for water flow and transport, an insertion plate (302) that has a circular communication hole at the center and is fixed to communicate with both ends of the flexible pipe (303), and an accommodation plate (301) that has a circular communication hole at the center and is horizontally coupled with the communication hole of the insertion plate (302) while a side surface and a bottom surface of the insertion plate (302) are inserted thereinto, wherein a transversely convex coupling protrusion (3021) is formed at an upper end of the side surface of the insertion plate (302), a concave coupling groove (3011) is formed at an upper end of an inner wall of the accommodation plate (301) to correspond to the coupling protrusion (3021), and a relatively smaller rectangular shape and a relatively larger rectangular shape are integrally formed in the insertion plate (302).
