Summary:The present invention relates to a dredged seabed flattening system and a method thereof using a plow. More specifically, the dredged seabed flattening system and the method thereof using a plow installs a plow on a seabed dredged by a hopper dredger, and flattens the dredged seabed while towing a plow by a barge. The present invention display the location of the barge and plow, and a map of the seabed on the monitor installed in the barge automatically controls the height of the plow in accordance to a water level. To this end, the present invention comprises: a barge; a towing ship which tows the barge; and a plow connected by the barge and a wire, flattening the dredged seabed.
