The present invention relates to laminated glass and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides laminated glass and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein an opening is formed to correspond to a penetrating block on an intermediate film inserted between two flat glasses, thereby not allowing the penetrating block and the intermediate film to touch each other. Accordingly, the intermediate film can be prevented from being exfoliated from a flat glass even when the top side of the penetrating block protrudes from the inner side of the flat glass due to manufacturing tolerance or assembly tolerance. Therefore, generation of an air layer and air bubbles is prevented and the transparency of the laminated glass is enhanced so the quality and appearance of the laminated glass can be enhanced. In the case of fastening the laminated glass to an external structure by the penetrating block in a construction process on an actual site, the penetrating block and the intermediate film do not touch each other even when the penetrating block protrudes from the inner side of the flat glass due to excessive pressure applied to the penetrating block. Therefore, exfoliation of the intermediate film does not occur so the quality of the laminated glass can be maintained in a good state.
