The present invention relates to a nanofiber mat with a polymer frame and, more specifically, to a nanofiber mat which prints a polymer frame on a nanofiber to improve convenience of handling, and to a manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus of the same. The present invention relates to a nanofiber mat for culturing cells, which is characterized by having a polymer in a solution, a molten liquid, or semi-molten liquid printed on one side of the nanofiber layer mat to form multiple frame walls having square, diamond, zigzag, or round lattice structure, wherein the frame walls are formed by penetration of a polymer in a state of a solution, a molten liquid, or a semi-molten liquid into the nanofiber layer mat. The movement of cells cultured on one side of the nanofiber layer mat is limited.
