Summary: | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a carbon nanotube-graphene composite and a carbon nanotube-graphene composite manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a method of manufacturing a carbon nanotube-graphene composite capable of manufacturing a carbon nanotube-graphene composite having excellent conductivity and electron mobility by controlling carbon nanotubes in order to form a structure connected in a direction perpendicular to a graphene flake in which conductivity is excellent, which is a structure standing up from the surface of the graphene flake on a flat surface, and to a carbon nanotube-graphene composite manufactured thereby. To do this end, the present invention provides the method of manufacturing a carbon nanotube-graphene composite comprising: a mixture manufacturing step of manufacturing a mixture of graphene oxide and a catalyst; and a mixture heat treating step of forming carbon nanotubes from the catalyst distributed on the surface of the graphene oxide reduced in the mixture manufacturing step and the carbon nanotube-graphene composite manufactured thereby. |
