Summary:The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device including a capacitive touch sensor, the liquid crystal display device comprising: a first substrate part including a plurality of gate lines, data lines and a switching device formed in each unit pixel region formed by the gate lines and the data lines, which intersect each other; and a second substrate part coupled to the first substrate part with a liquid crystal layer therebetween. A plurality of touch sensor lines are formed on the second substrate part or a touch panel coupled to the second substrate part in a direction intersecting the gate lines. When a touch is generated, the touch is sensed by detecting a coupling signal generated in the touch sensor line by a gate line signal.
