The present invention relates to an oil filter having an oil pressure-related flow path. In the oil filter having an oil pressure-related flow path, an oil pan return path (40) is formed together with a variable valve (50) having an oil hole (50-1) in order to return oil coming from a bypass filter (20) to an oil pan; the oil pressure of the bypass filter (20) is always at an appropriate oil pressure even in a rapid acceleration which brings the rapid increase of the oil pressure as the diameter of the oil hole (50-1) is expanded more than 10 times in comparison with an initial diameter in accordance with the increase of an internal pressure; and the oil pressure of a main gallery has no bad influence by preventing the reduction of the appropriate oil pressure of a full flow filter (10) even though the appropriate oil pressure of the bypass filter (20) is maintained by the hole diameter expansion of a valve hole (40-1) of the oil pan return path (20).
