The present invention relates to a combining apparatus of automatically coupling a touch assembly to an upper portion of a display panel. A combining apparatus of a touch display panel according to the present invention is to combine a display panel with a touch assembly by interposing an adhesive between the display panel and the touch assembly. The combining apparatus includes: a base; a support mounted on the base; a support roller mounted on the support; a roller unit including a pressing roller lifted together with the support roller; a side bar making surface contact with the support roller; and a stage unit installed inside the side bar and including a vacuum plate on which the display panel and the touch assembly are securely mounted. The support roller is configured to rotate in contact with the side bar. If the stage unit including the side bar is moved in a direction in which the support roller is formed, the pressing roller is configured to combine the display panel and the touch assembly mounted on the vacuum plate with each other.
