Summary:Introduced is a motor generator for a vehicle which includes a housing which includes a through hole on the center thereof and a protrusion part which outwardly protrudes around the through hole, a rotation shaft which is embedded in the housing and has one end which is exposed to the outside through the through hole, and a pulley which is located on the outer side of the housing, is combined with the rotation shaft by inserting one end of the rotation shaft to the center thereof, includes a frame part which is surrounded by the protrusion part, and forms a watertight flange whose diameter is larger than the diameter of the through hole in the housing by making the center thereof pass through the through hole.
