Summary:According to an embodiment of the present invention, an envelope tracking power amplifier includes a multi-mode bias modulator for generating a bias voltage of which envelope is modulated from an envelope signal of a power-amplified RF signal by using a linear amplifier and a switching amplifier of which each current driving capability is varied according to an operation mode control signal for selecting between a low level mode and a high level mode. The envelope tracking power amplifier includes a power amplifier which is biased according to the modulated bias voltage and outputs an RF signal after amplifying the RF signal.
