Summary:The present invention relates to a prestressed concrete member which has its own eccentric shaft. The prestressed concrete member includes: a concrete placement unit (101) which has a convex center part instead of a linear center line (102); and a linear steel wire (103) which is embedded in the concrete. A prestressed moment is generated by the eccentricity (104) between the center line and the steel wire in the concrete placement unit to effectively reduce the moment due to the working load. Also, the cross-section of prestressed concrete member is reduced to reduce the work load in the field.
