Summary:Disclosed is a high concentration boric acid injecting facility capable of rapidly injecting a boric acid solution in a reactor vessel at an early stage of an accident such as a loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA) or non-loss-of-coolant accident (non-LOCA). The high concentration boric acid injecting facility comprises a boric acid tank which is installed to stores a high concentration boric acid solution which is injected to an reactor vessel when an LOCA or non-LOCA occurs; and a safety injection pipe which is connected to at least one safety injection facility and the bottom of the boric acid tank to provide a passage for a coolant injected to the reactor vessel from the safety injection facility installed outside the reactor vessel through the boric acid tank, wherein the boric acid tank is installed inside the reactor vessel in order to maintain the high concentration of the boric acid solution by maintaining a thermal equilibrium condition with the reactor vessel, and a least a part of the top of the boric acid tank is opened to inject the boric acid solution into the reactor vessel in advance of the coolant injected into the tank through the safety injection pipe.
