The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a magnesium speaker diaphragm, which simultaneously performs at least two processing for magnesium plates consecutively supplied. The apparatus for manufacturing a magnesium speaker diaphragm includes: an external cutting device (110) which cuts an outer shape of a magnesium speaker diaphragm at a predetermined position of a magnesium plate; a drawing device (120) which forms a dome shape on a part of the inside of the magnesium plate cut by the external cutting device; a piercing device (130) which forms a hole in the center of the dome shape of the inside of the magnesium plate formed by the drawing device; a burring device (140) which forms a burr on an edge of the hole formed by the piercing device; and an internal cutting device (150) which cuts an internal surface formed by a boundary surface between the outer shape of the magnesium speaker diaphragm cut by the external cutting device and the dome shape formed by the drawing device.
