Summary:A small hydroelectric power generation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a transfer tube to which one side is connected to a reservoir; a water turbine having a blade to vary a pitch angle and formed on the other side of the transfer tube; and a control unit to detect a water level in the reservoir in real time through a water level sensor which is formed in the reservoir when the flow rate of the sewage flowing from the transfer tube depending on the variable pitch angle is changed, and to control the pitch angle of the blade to be in a range of which the water level is already set.
