Summary:The present invention relates to a lyocell material for a cigarette filter and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, spinning dope having low density is spun at low temperatures and then is quenched and coagulated by wind at a low speed. Therefore, the lyocell material has low strength. Efficiency of manufacturing the cigarette filter can be enhanced by low strength of the lyocell material.
