The present invention relates to an intake manifold for a vehicle, comprising: a body part connected to a throttle body at one side and provided with an intake chamber having an inlet for suction air introduced from the throttle body; an intake pipe provided to the periphery of the intake chamber and guiding the intake air to each cylinder of an engine; and a guide means provided to the intake chamber and preventing the flow of the intake air when the intake air is guided to the intake pipe. Therefore, after the intake air is introduced into the intake chamber from the throttle body, the intake air is guided to the inlets of each runner by the guide member such that the air introduced into each cylinder through each runner is dispersed and introduced by a uniform amount so as to evenly carry out the combustion of the fuel in each cylinder, thereby improving the engine performance.
