Preparation method of Platinum/Tin/Alumina catalyst for direct dehydrogenation of n-Butane

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a platinum-tin-alumina catalyst for manufacturing C4 olefin (1-butene, 2-butene, i-butene and 1,3-butadiene) through direct dehydrogenation of n-butane, and to a manufacturing method for C4 olefin using the catalyst and, more specifically,...

Summary:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a platinum-tin-alumina catalyst for manufacturing C4 olefin (1-butene, 2-butene, i-butene and 1,3-butadiene) through direct dehydrogenation of n-butane, and to a manufacturing method for C4 olefin using the catalyst and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method for a platinum-tin-alumina catalyst which increases the amount of active sites on dehydrogenation by enhancing dispersion by preventing the sintering phenomenon of platinum particles and maintaining the small particle size of platinum while using platinum with high activity in direct dehydrogenation of n-butane as active ingredients, includes tin increasing the stability of the catalyst by inhibiting carbon deposition and uses alumina carriers with high thermal and mechanical stability suitable for direct dehydration of n-butane as carriers for supporting the same capable of maintaining high platinum dispersion, and to a manufacturing method for high value-added C4 olefin by the direct dehydration of low-priced n-butane by using the catalyst manufactured by the method.
