The present invention relates to a lining device and method of an aged pipe in large size water supply, and more specifically, to a lining device and method of an aged pipe in large size water supply, which coat the inner wall of a duct at regular thickness by spraying resins uniformly in the same condition of resins sprayed to a circle duct. When a support roller passes through a non-circle duct and descends to the lower side, an automatic spray gun descends to the lower side to prevent that an amount of resins sprayed to the non-circle duct is more than resins of the circle duct in the process of coating the resin to the aged pipe connected that diameter of the duct is changed when connecting ducts or the inner wall of the non-circle duct in which radius is twisted by earth pressure.
