Summary:The present invention relates to a method and a system for measuring the temperature of a rotor in which more a precise measurement is possible, compared with cases using conventional infrared thermometers, due to being able to measure the surface temperature of an object by simulating a stationary position for the object. The method for measuring a temperature of a rotor includes a step of detecting a frequency in which a light-emitting unit is operated in a predetermined frequency toward a rotor to be measured; and detecting a lighting frequency of the light-emitting unit at a point where a rotary frequency of the rotor and the lighting frequency of the light-emitting unit correspond to each other; and a step of measuring a temperature in which infrared rays, radiated from the rotor due to the operation of an infrared light receiving unit in the same cycle as the operating cycle of the lighting frequency of the light-emitting unit detected in the step of detecting the frequency, are detected for each of the operating cycles to measure the temperature.
