The present invention relates to a hydrogen water generation device using electrodes. More specifically, the hydrogen water generation device comprises a hydrogen generating rod which is precipitated in a container including water or a mineral water bottle and generates hydrogen water; a controller including a control unit and a battery receiving unit, wherein the hydrogen generating rod receives power, which controls time for generating hydrogen water; and a cable, wherein the hydrogen generating rod receives power and control signals, which controls electrolysis and the hydrogen water generating rod by connecting the gap between the hydrogen generating rod and the controller. In the hydrogen water generation device using electrodes of the present invention, the hydrogen water generating rod is precipitated in the water of a bottle, wherein the water receives electricity, which generates hydrogen water with electrolysis and enables the drinking of the hydrogen water and, also the hydrogen water generation device using electrodes is put in a suitcase or vehicles during business trip or sightseeing and can generate hydrogen water by being precipitated in the water bottle if necessary, leading to the drinking of the hydrogen water, thus facilitating the promotion of health at any time and space.
