COSMETIC COMPOSITION THAT CONTAINS PHELLINUS LINTEUS AND NATURAL CONJUGATED MATERIALS WITH SKIN WHITENING EFFECT

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing Phellinus linteus and a natural composite having a skin-whitening effect. 75-125 parts by weight of the natural composite is included based on 100 parts by weight of a Phellinus linteus mixture extract. The Phellinus linteus mixture extract is produced through the steps of: (a) adding 20-45 parts by weight of Phellinus linteus powder, 5-7 parts by weight of licorice, and 5-7 parts by weight of cornus fruits based on 100 parts by weight of purified water in order to be boiled at a temperature of 80-100°C for 8-10 hours so that the same is firstly filtered; (b) further adding 50-70 parts by weight of purified water, 10-15 parts by weight of Phellinus linteus, 5-10 parts by weight of dried balsam apples, and 3-5 parts by weight of rubus coreanus fruit powder in order to be re-heated at a temperature of 100-140°C for 8-10 hours so that the same is secondly filtered and is aged at a low temperature of -10 to -5°C for 30-45 days; and (c) further adding 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of Phellinus linteus, 0.05-0.1 parts by weight of malic acid, and 0.05-0.1 parts by weight of citric acid in order to be agitated for 30-60 minutes, filled in a container, and stored at a low temperature of 0-5°C. The natural composite is based on 100 parts by weight of a Cynanchum wilfordii extracted liquid, 2-17 parts by weight of a Cudrania tricuspidata fermented liquid and 15-45 parts by weight of a Hericium erinaceum mixed extracted liquid. Accordingly, the whitening function of Phellinus linteus, the blood reinforcing function of Cynanchum wilfordii, the blood purifying function and immunity activating function of Cudrania tricuspidata, and the strong anti-inflammatory function of Hericium erinaceum can be preferably applied, so that the natural composite has strong moisturizing and whitening effects.
