The present invention relates to a sheet feeding apparatus capable of easily replacing a transfer sheet and, more particularly, to a sheet feeding apparatus capable of easily replacing a transfer sheet which transfers and feeds a transfer sheet through rotation of a pair of rollers when the transfer sheet, such as a labeler machine or a laminating device, is arranged between the rollers, wherein one of the rollers is eccentrically rotated to get in contact or in noncontact with the other roller such that the transfer sheet can be replaced in a state where the rollers are separated from each other, thereby easily and rapidly replacing the transfer sheet. In order to achieve the above object, the sheet feeding apparatus capable of easily replacing the transfer sheet comprises a transferring roller connected with driving means to rotate; and a push roller which is mounted at one side of the transferring roller to press and rotate the transfer sheet arranged between the transferring roller and the push roller, wherein the push roller includes an operating shaft which is biased and connected to one side relative to a central axis to rotate together with the transferring roller, such that the push roller is eccentrically rotated on the operating shaft to get in contact or noncontact with the transferring roller.
