Summary:The present invention relates to a river bed scour prevention structure using segmental arrangement of a roll mat and a river bed scour prevention method capable of minimizing bed erosion as the roll mat rolled in a part in which the scour may occur on the river bed is arranged on a downstream end of a bottom protective hole formed on the downstream of a structure such as a beam or a dam installed on the river. The roll mat is automatically unfolded to cover the river bed by suppressing the generation of a scour phenomenon when the scour is generated on the river bed.
