Summary: | An optical coherence tomography device (OCT) having a choroid photographing optical element according to the present invention, for example, is a choroid photographing optical element which has various types of optical delay devices for delaying light which is reflected from and enters a reference mirror when the reference mirror is fixed to a specific position of the OCT light path. The OCT is inserted into or extracted from the front end of the reference mirror, thereby selectively photographing the retina of a patient and the tomographic image of choroid. Moreover, because the reference mirror does not move, the reliability of a tomographic image photographing process using the OCT can be secured. |
