Summary:The present invention relates to a blow molding apparatus, which heats a parison (preform) composed of a synthetic resin, and performs blow molding and, more specifically, to a blow molding machine, which installs molds to position a small diameter of the bellows at an upper end, and vertically extends a length of a blow pin for supplying a heated air to maintain an internal shape and a length for the small diameter of the upper end of a bellows form when the bellows, which is an automobile part, is blow-molded in the molds. The flow molding apparatus according to the present invention, to heat the parison and blow-mold the bellows, which is the automobile part, by using vertical molds divided in one pair of left and right molds, comprises: a parison supplying part for vertically dropping the parison, which is a synthetic resin raw material tube fused and extruded in an extruder, via extrusion dies; the molds opened when the parison is dropped via the parison supplying part to seat the parison at the inside and having a space for molding a complete product of the bellows form to position the small diameter of the bellows form at the upper end and position the large diameter of the bellows form at the lower end; a blow pin ascending and being inserted into the parison by a hydraulic cylinder after the molds are closed to an inner upper end part of the parison seated within the molds, and injecting the heated air into the parison via a plurality of air passageways; a blow pin connection unit which a lower end part of the blow pin is inserted into and fixated at, and connecting an upper end part of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to a lower surface; a distance sensor for controlling an ascending position of the blow pin by measuring a distance of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder.
