The present invention relates to a cloth lifting apparatus in a cloth inspecting machine. The cloth lifting apparatus in a cloth inspecting machine comprises: an inspecting frame for inspecting a fabric being rewound; an operating frame installed at one side end of the inspecting frame to take out the inspected fabric downward; a main body having the inspecting frame and the operating frame installed thereon; a plurality of belt parts for winding the inspected fabric into a spherical shape; and a belt frame having the belt parts installed thereon. The cloth lifting apparatus comprises: a first conveyor belt part for mounting the fabric wound by the belt parts and transferring the mounted fabric in one direction; a second conveyor belt part installed near the first conveyor belt part on a horizontally extended line; a connection link having a side end installed on the second conveyor belt part; and a rotational axis having the other side end of the connection link installed thereon to rotate the second conveyor belt according to rotation. Accordingly, a fabric, which is unwound while passing the inspecting frame, is wound compactly and the wound heavy fabric is automatically lifted to a shelf at a certain height, thus enabling a worker to carry the wound heavy fabric without bending forward, and increasing convenience of work.
