Summary:Disclosed are a system and a method for measuring ultraviolet radiation using a communications function, which are applied to a product requiring measurement of an ultraviolet rejection rate and provide information for general users to recognize the corresponding product as an ultraviolet protection functional product. For the purpose, the present invention provides an ultraviolet ray measurement system, which uses an ultraviolet radiometer having a communications function. The ultraviolet measurement system includes the ultraviolet radiometer comprising an emission unit, a receiver unit and a transmitter unit; and a user terminal comprising a transceiver unit for receiving measured data transmitted from the transmitter unit, a calculation unit for generating result data of ultraviolet transmittance for a measurement target by receiving and analyzing the measured data from the transceiver unit, and a display unit for receiving the result data from the calculation unit and outputting the data. According to the present invention, the manufacturing costs for the ultraviolet radiometer are reduced by omitting calculation and output functions from the radiometer and more various services can be provided for final users by incorporating the ultraviolet ray measurement technology to internet services.
