The present invention provides a turret head device using a horizontal distribution type rotary joint and a cutting oil supply method. The present invention facilitates precise machining since the height of a rotary joint is decreased by horizontally distributing cutting oil when the cutting oil is distributed to a plurality of multi-heads, and facilitates precision management such as run-out in installation. The present invention can also reduce the cutting oil by transferring the cutting oil only to a specific multi-head which is actually processing.
