Summary:The present invention comprises a treatment apparatus which pulverizes and mixes food waste with purified water to simultaneously remove salt content remaining in the food waste and make the food waste into a shape of slurry; enables a composting of the slurry by dehydrating and fermenting desalinated solid content through a first filtering device; completely removes from food wastewater filtrate discharged from the first filtering device the salt content contained in the filtrate through second and third filtering devices, after which the filtrate can be recycled as purified water in a process. The present invention thereby enables an effective removal of salt and moisture content contained in the food waster through the treatment apparatus.
