The present invention relates to a system and a method for preventing liquid cargo for a ship from being vaporized capable of preventing or reducing the occurrence of vaporization gas in the load of the fluid cargo by controlling the inner pressure of a load pipe when the liquid cargo such as LNG, LPG, crude oil, etc. is loaded in the storage tank of the ship. According to the present invention, the system for preventing the liquid cargo for the ship from being vaporized capable of preventing the occurrence of the vaporization gas when the liquid cargo is loaded in the storage tank for storing the liquid cargo, comprises: a pressure control unit installed in a pipe for loading the liquid cargo on the storage tank; a pressure transmitter for measuring the inner pressure of the pipe by being installed on an upper side than the pressure control unit in the pipe, and for controlling the opening degree of the pressure control unit based on a measurement value; and a detour pipe diverged from the pipe to load the liquid cargo on the storage tank by detouring the pressure control unit. The system and the method for preventing the liquid cargo for the ship from being vaporized are provided.
