The present invention provides a ball processing device including a body (1) in which a transfer screw (12) is vertically installed on an upper front central part and a transfer motor (16) is prepared on an upper part to operate the transfer screw (12); a ball grinder (2) including a grinding transfer block (21) moved vertically by the transfer screw (12), a U-type grinding support rod (23) combined with the transfer block (21), a grinder rotating motor (24) included on a side of the grinding support rod (23), and a grinder (27) installed on a central part of the grinding support rod (23) by installing a grinding unit; a ball buffer (3) including a buffing transfer block (31) separated from the grinding transfer block (21) and moved vertically by the transfer screw (12), a U-type buffing support (33) combined with the buffing transfer block (31), a buffer rotating motor (34) included in the buffing support (33), and a buffer (37) installed on a central part of the buffing support (33) by installing the buffing unit; and a fixing jig (4) including a main shaft rotating motor (43) installed on a lower side of the body (1), a lower fixing rod (42) having an end connected to the main shaft rotating motor (43) and having the other end protrude upward, and an upper fixing rod (46) having an end installed on an upper side of the body (1) and having the other end protrude downward.
