Summary:The present invention provides a busbar capable of improving waterproof properties of a relay used as a connection device to supply power from a vehicle, such as a military trail vehicle or a wheel-type vehicle, driven on the ground and water, a relay having a waterproof structure using the busbar, and a method of manufacturing the same. The busbar according to the present invention has a structure in which the busbar is more firmly coupled to a relay body in an injection-molding process. The busbar (10) is applied to the relay according to the present invention to effectively prevent the deformation after the injection-molding process, the variation of the temperature according to environments in use, and the gap between the busbar (10) and a body (52) caused by external shock. Even if the gap between the busbar (10) and the body (52) is formed, water can be prevented from being infiltrated into the relay through the gap between the busbar (10) and the body (52), so that the waterproof properties superior to that of a relay according to the related art can be represented.
