Summary: | An OCT probe using a PZT according to the present invention comprises: an external case of a cylindrical shape; a vibration element including a piezoelectric element, a body which has a hollow shape with a certain length and which has a portion finely adjusted in an X-axis and a Y-axis, and a multiple electrodes arranged along the outer surface circumference direction of the body so that the body can be vibrated due to a supplied sinusoidal voltage; a base which is arranged in the external case to be fixed with the body inserted thereto; a screw part which is inserted into a through hole formed on the external case and the base and fixes the body to the base to be combined; and an optical fiber which irradiates light to a subject, receives the reflected or distracted light from the subject, is arranged to pass through the body and has a length of which middle part is fixed by a ferrule inserted into one end of the body as much as a certain depth. According to the present invention, the circular trace can be accurately corrected by fixing a portion of a PZT vibration element by the screw to be easily finely adjusted in the X-axis and the Y-axis when the circular trace is formed to obtain an inspection part as a three-dimensional image by the vibrated PZT vibration element in the voltage supply. |
