Summary:The present invention relates to a front end anchored permanent anchor using mechanical repulsive power and a constructing method for the same to firmly reinforce the ground and to reduce environmental pollution by exclusively grouting an anchoring part and filling the remaining space with environmentally friendly materials. The front end anchored permanent anchor using mechanical repulsive power according to the present invention includes the anchoring part inserted into an underground anchor hole (1) and anchored by mechanical repulsive power and grouting, and a free part connected to the anchoring part. The constructing method for the front end anchored permanent anchor using mechanical repulsive power comprises a first step for boring the underground anchor hole (1); a second step for inserting the front end anchored permanent anchor (100) into the anchor hole formed by the first step; a third step for primarily anchoring the front end anchored permanent anchor to the ground by expanding an anchoring blade (20) with the expansion of an elastic member (30); a fourth step for secondarily anchoring the front end anchored permanent anchor by opening the anchoring blade; and a fifth step for filling an peripheral area of the anchoring part with grout materials to grout and anchor the anchoring part and filling the free part with non-grout materials after the fourth step.
