Summary:The present invention relates to a detachable handle for a cooking vessel, wherein the detachable handle is coupled to a cooking vessel to be capable of being detached. The detachable handle for a cooking vessel comprises: a body part (10) including a top member (16) and a bottom member (11) which has a front end surface thereof contacting the external surface of the cooking vessel and a projection part (12) thereof contacting the bottom surface of the edge part of the cooking vessel; a sliding part (20) including a sliding plate (21) of which the bottom surface of a front end part thereof contacts the top surface of the edge part of the cooking vessel, and a collecting lever (26) which has a top end part thereof protruding from the top surface of the sliding plate so as to be exposed upwards through a guide hole (17) of the top member (16) and to pull the sliding plate back; a pin member (30) having a bottom end part thereof elastically supported by means of an elastic spring (35), and a top end part thereof installed to penetrate an introducing hole (22) of the sliding plate to be exposed to the outside through a through-hole (18) of the top member, so as to move upwards and downwards through the compression and restoration of the elastic spring to control the movement of the sliding plate; and an insertion piece (40) installed to protrude upward from the top central surface of the projection part on the bottom member so as to be inserted in a combining hole (56) formed at the edge part (55) of the cooking vessel (50).
