Summary: | The present invention relates to a heater roller for fiber using a heater power supply and, more particularly, to a non-contact type heater power supply using the principle of electromagnetic induction (Faraday principle) and a heater roller for fiber using the same. The heater power supply of the present invention includes: a ring member (1110) having through holes (1111) formed at equal angles so as to be fixed to a motor means (2100) axially; a stator (1100) having a winding portion (1120) which is wound around an inner peripheral surface of the ring member such that 3-phase power is supplied; and a rotator (1200) wound around the other end of a motor shaft (2210), which has one end fitted to be fixed to an axial center of a roller (2200), to be rotated around an axial direction of the stator (1100), and wound around heater rods (2220), which are mounted at equal angles of the roller (2200). The heater roller for fiber (2000) of the present invention includes: the stator (1100) axially fixed to a motor bracket (2120) of the motor means (2100) and composing the heater power supply (1000); the rotator (1200) rotatably wound around an axial center of the stator (1100) and composing the heater power supply; and the roller (2200) having the motor shaft (2210) fixed to the center of the rotator (1200), and having the heater rods (2220) connected to the coil of the rotator (1200). |
