The prevent invention to achieve an objective may provide a stroboscope including: a stroboscope body: a stroboscope head disposed in front of the stroboscope body; a first pitching controller formed under the stroboscope and rotatably coupled with a stand based on a pitching axis; and a second pitching controller including a pole coupled with a front end of the stroboscope body perpendicular to the pitching axis, a bracket coupled with the pole and having an annual shaft plate formed therein with a hole in a direction of the pitching axis, first and second washers making contact with both sides of the shaft plate, a first angle holder making contact with the first rubber washer and coupled with the stroboscope head; a second angle holder making contact with the second rubber washer and coupled with the stroboscope head, and an adjustment nut making contact with the first angle holder; a Teflon tube inserted through the second angle holder, the second rubber washer, a hole of the shaft plate, the first rubber washer, and the first angle holder; and an angle holder bolt inserted into the Teflon tube through the second angle holder and screwed to the adjustment nut.
