The present invention relates to a spacer for forms, which has an improved structure to improve the assembly of components of a spacer for maintaining the spacing between forms and firmly fix the connection part of the components. The spacer for forms for maintaining the spacing between both forms according to the present invention comprises: a tie bar arranged inside both forms and having respective coupling holes on both ends thereof; support members each having an insertion piece and a coupling piece on one end thereof and a connection hole on the other end thereof, wherein the insertion piece extends upward from one end of the support member and has a fitting coupling groove to fit and insert one end of the coupling hole after being inserted into the coupling hole, the coupling piece extends from the insertion piece to be bent so that the insertion piece with the extending coupling piece can be detachably coupled to the coupling hole, and the other end of the support member passes through the form; and fitting pins coupled through the connection holes of the support members to fix the support members to both forms.
