Summary: | The present invention relates to a wave power generating apparatus of a variable liquid column oscillator type using a cross flow turbine, which can improve energy absorption efficiency by forming a power conversion apparatus, which converts the rotating power of the cross flow turbine into electric energy using the cross flow turbine driven according to the flow of a hydraulic fluid, inside a variable liquid column oscillator, which can maximize energy absorption efficiency by tuning, to an oscillation period of waves, the oscillation characteristics of an energy absorption mechanism reacting in response to the waves, and cannot generate noise to the outside, can maintain high efficiency even in wide flux conditions, and can prevent deterioration of efficiency caused by the height of waves, by allowing the cross flow turbine to be rotated inside the hydraulic fluid of the variable liquid column oscillator.
