Summary:Disclosed is a composite dryer including a chamber having a heater heating a raw loading tray disposed in an inner space, a discharge valve controlling discharge of hot and humid air generated in the inner space, an intake valve controlling inflow of external air, and a vacuum valve discharging the air from the inner space; a heat exchanger cooling the hot and humid air discharged through the discharge valve; and a vacuum pump sucking the air by the vacuum valve to form a vacuum level in the chamber. Since the raw material to be dried is subjected to hot blast drying or vacuum drying in one chamber, it is possible to minimize the heat loss that is caused by a process of conveying the raw material and also prevent safety accident such as burn. Also, since the water generated in the drying process is collected by a storage tank, a problem of environmental pollution is decreased.
