Summary:A jig according to the present invention is a jig for molding a nerve conduit, which comprises: a support body connected to the terminal of an injured nerve; and a thin film type sieve electrode body having electrode holes formed in a body and circular electrodes arranged around the electrode holes, wherein the body of the sieve electrode body is buried in the support body that has hollow channels extended to the inside thereof, while the electrode holes are arranged together with the channels. The jig comprises: a plurality of molds that are coupled with the sieve electrode body to envelop the sieve electrode body, and coupled with each other to form a molding space corresponding to the support body; mold caps that are coupled with the molds to close the molding space; arranging pins passing through the electrode holes; and hollow channel tubes that are coupled with the mold caps and extended into the molding space. The channel tubes are brought in contact with the sieve electrode body while the arranging pins are inserted into the channel tubes; and a molten material, which forms the support body through hardening, is injected into the molding space.
