Disclosed is viscosity measuring equipment of organic waste. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the viscosity measuring equipment of organic waste comprises: a reaction container unit having a reaction container mixed with sewage sludge of organic waste and reacted; heat resource and insulation unit minimizing heat loss to the outside and providing reaction heat for the reaction container; an operating unit forming a shearing force by rotation while suppressing birdcaging and tunneling when sewage sludge inserted into the in reaction container is mixed; a power providing device providing power; a data collection device measuring the property and driving properties according to phase changes of sewage sludge in the reaction container according to the reaction temperature; and a control device controlling the whole processed based on the measured value measured by the data collection device. The present invention measures the viscosity with torque value measuring the shearing force generated from the sewage sludge while raising the reaction temperature of the sewage sludge.
