Summary:The present invention relates to a rear spoiler for vehicles capable of adjusting a cord angle. The rear spoiler for vehicles can adjust the cord angle of the rear spoiler by bending a first cord angle adjusting unit which is made of a shape-memory alloy which is extended when power is applied and which is formed inside a body unit. The rear spoiler for vehicles can adjust the cord angle of the rear spoiler by using a second cord angle adjusting unit connecting unit formed into a cantilever form and a second cord angle adjusting unit which is made of a shape-memory alloy which is extended when power is applied. Therefore, a driver can precisely control the cord angle of the rear spoiler by selecting the intensity of the applied power and the portion for adjusting the cord angle as occasion demands.
