PROCESS FOR PREPARING MEROPENEM.TRIHYDRATE

The present invention provides a method for preparing meropenem trihydrate with high purity and high yield using a dried methanol solvate of meropenem. The method remarkably reduces the content of a residual solvent, thereby obtaining meropenem trihydrate of high purity.
