Summary:The present invention relates to a height adjustment device for a headrest, which enables a person who is seated to adjust the height of a headrest (3) by operating a press button (52) located on the side surface of the headrest (3) without the turning of the body of the person to the back. The height adjustment device for a headrest comprises: a stay (10) fixed to a seat back (2); a locking housing (20) which is fixed to the inside of the headrest and allows a rod part (11) to vertically penetrate through the locking housing; a locking module (30) which is installed by penetrating through the locking housing to be slid; and a wire spring (40) which is elastically supported to the locking housing and the locking module and restricts or release the headrest.
