Summary:PURPOSE: A vacuum drying device for improving the drying uniformity is provided to easily repair and replace a heater because the heater is connected to the attachable/detachable structure and to rapidly dry raw materials by heating the raw materials as conducted heat and radiant heat are used together. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum drying device for improving the drying uniformity comprises a chamber (100) and a vacuum port (120). Two or more air inhaling holes (140) of the chamber are arranged in order for the distance from the air inhaling end among the vacuum port to be the same. An inner wall (130) of the chamber is separated from an outer wall of the chamber and a vacuum space is formed between the inner wall and the outer wall. The vacuum port inhales the air inside the vacuum space. Two or more air inhaling holes are formed at the inner wall of one side and are arranged along an arc trace around the air inhaling end of the vacuum port.
