Summary:PURPOSE: An induction heating device suppressing the generation of a scorch mark is provided to heat oil for frying in a container although a coil is not in contact with the container as a magnetic force line generated from the coil is transmitted to a heating plate through a nonmagnetic window so that the heating plate directly heats the oil for frying. CONSTITUTION: An induction heating device suppressing the generation of a scorch mark includes a container (100), an induction heater (200), a basket (300), and a heating plate (400). The container accommodates oil for frying. A clad unit is formed on a position on which the induction heater and the heating plate face each other in the container. The induction heater is installed on the outside of the container and generates a magnetic force line. The basket is inserted into and is separated from the container. The heating plate is installed inside the container in order to be submerged in the oil for the frying. The heating plate generates heat with electromagnetic induction of the magnetic force line.
