Summary:PURPOSE: A treatment method for muddy water in a long tunnel is provided to separate solid materials such as soil and sand from the muddy water and only supply turbid water with pressure, thereby improving the efficiency of the treatment process. CONSTITUTION: A treatment method for muddy water in a long tunnel comprises steps of: a step of separating the muddy water; a step of separating slurry; and a step of discharging turbid water. The muddy water is separated into solid materials and the slurry by the inclined rotary trommel(140) with a cylindrical shape having an inner space. The slurry is supplied to a muddy water tank(160) installed at the lower part of the trommel, and filtered solid materials are discharged to the outside. The separated slurry is stored in the muddy water tank. Sediments sink to the bottom surface of the muddy water tank, and the turbid water is formed on the top of the sediments. The turbid water is discharged to the outside through a turbid water discharge hole formed on the upper side of the muddy water tank.
