PURPOSE: A road-buried type generation apparatus using vehicle load which has the function of vehicle selection is provided to classify a vehicle into compact, midsize, full-sized vehicles, and to maximize the amount of power generation by increasing the applied pressure and the movement amount of fluid when a full-sized vehicle passes. CONSTITUTION: A left-right side frame member is installed on the left and right side of the upper surface of base plate. A pedal (300) rotates about a hinge unit when a vehicle passes. First and second actuators (420) are installed in the installation spaces of the left-right side frame, respectively. A fluid unit (400) supplies the fluid, which is pressured in and supplied from the actuator, to a power generation unit (500) through an accumulator and a first solenoid valve. An energy accumulation unit (700) accumulates electric energy generated in a generation unit (600).
