PURPOSE: A security lamp remote control monitoring method is provided to prevent an electricity safety accident by efficiently performing remote control and monitoring. CONSTITUTION: A measuring unit measures voltages, currents, power, resistive leakage currents, and insulation resistance on a power line to a security lamp. A warning unit determines whether data measured through the measuring unit gets out of a set range. If the data gets out of the range, the warning unit makes a warning. A security lamp management unit block power for a security lamp based on the warning. A wireless communication unit transmits the data to a relay (200) through a Zigbee communication mode. An operation processing unit of the relay transmits the data to a control device (300) through a CDMA communication unit. A communication unit of the control device receives the data from the relay. A collecting unit of the control device collects the data at a period from 10 to 60 minutes. A control signal generating unit generates a control signal of the security lamp when electrically abnormal state data is collected.
